2.Working principle:

The intelligent on-line densitometer is essentially a differential pressure transmitter.How it works: The pressure produced by a certain height of the liquid column is proportional to the density of the liquid.
Namely: P =ρgh
P - the pressure to a certain height of liquid column
ρ -- the density of the liquid
g -- measure the acceleration of gravity in the earth
h -- the height of the liquid column

6.Rules for reading and calculating density values：

When the intelligent on-line densitometer leaves the factory, the reading of its display head is the real-time density measurement value, and it can be read directly.
A densitometer with a current output of 4MA corresponds to the lower limit of the densitometer measurement, and 20mA corresponds to the upper limit of the densitometer measurement.According to the actual measured current value and then according to the densitometer upper and lower corresponding current value conversion to get the corresponding density value.The actual measured current value should be converted according to the upper and lower limits of the densitometer.For example, the corresponding density value of output at the lower limit of 4mA is 0g/cm3, and the corresponding density value at the upper limit of 20mA is 2g/cm3. When calculating the output at 12mA, the corresponding density value is:
Then :(2-0) ÷ (20-4) × (12-4) =1(g/cm3)

8.Attentions：
1. The intelligent on-line densitometer is an automatic precision measuring instrument. The measuring diaphragm shall not be subjected to any other external forces except the pressure under test.
2. When installing intelligent on-line density timing, make sure that the installation is vertical (perpendicular to the ground plane, that is, make sure that the liquid column of the densitometer is perpendicular to the horizontal plane), otherwise there will be measurement error.
3. When placing an order, the measuring medium, measuring range, geogravimetric acceleration (or the name of the area to be used) and working conditions on site (such as explosion proof, corrosion resistance, sanitation, etc.) shall be indicated.
